With a background in Organizational Anthropology and extensive experience as a trainer and team coach, I support teams in strengthening open communication, trust, and shared focus. I have worked on change management, consultancy, process facilitation, and team development in various organizations, including municipalities, healthcare institutions, and social organizations. My strength lies in combining a sharp analytical eye with creativity: I quickly identify the core of an issue and translate it into practical and widely supported solutions.
I enjoy working with methods and techniques such as Deep Democracy, NLP, systemic approaches, LEGO® Serious Play®, and Functional Fluency. In addition, I am certified in DISC MapsTell and Profile Dynamics.
