My passion
Traveling is what I love doing; not only across countries, but also through organizations. In my work as a trainer and team coach, I travel through diverse corporate cultures, where I repeatedly see that connection is the key to growth and change.
Through my experience with diverse cultures, I have learned to quickly connect with people, teams, and their context.
I believe that lasting change starts with trust: in yourself and in others. Only when people feel seen and heard, there is room for growth. In my training and team development programs, I help teams strengthen that foundation of trust, so that communication improves, collaboration becomes more enjoyable, and results are achieved more smoothly.
My expertise
With my background in various commercial roles in both multinationals and family businesses, in the Netherlands as well as abroad, I understand the dynamics of results-oriented work and the human side that comes with it. This combination is at the core of my work as a trainer and team coach: I bridge the gap between business and behavior.
Communication, leadership, and personal effectiveness are some of the topics I cover during trainings or team sessions. I use methods that find their origin in Secure Base leadership, Transactional Analysis and Leary's Rose to name a few. Besides that I am certified in Deep Democracy, NLP Master Practitioner, and DISC.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in commercial sectors like retail, the food industry, and the offshore industry. I enjoy collaborating with clients, leaders and team members to ensure that development goes beyond mere insight, but leads to tangible results: in behavior, collaboration and performance.
My style
As a trainer and team coach, I am engaged, curious and results-oriented. In connection with others I am open and vulnerable, creating a safe environment in which teams can learn, experiment and grow.
My sessions are energetic and interactive, allowing room for whatever arises in the moment. I start from a structured foundation but always follow through on what's needed to create real movement. Participants describe my style as open, sharp, and positive: I reflect with kindness and lead with effectiveness.
