DISC is a practical and accessible colour model that gives you insight into yourself and others. Find out what your personal profile is, increase your effectiveness and improve your collaboration with others.
Find out more about your own behaviour and learn to successfully anticipate the behaviour of others.
The DISC behaviour analysis identifies four colours. Every person has all four colours in them. The combination of colours reflects your unique personality. The colours refer to behavioural preferences that determine how you think, feel, react and act. A unique distinction is made between your most natural self and the behaviour you display because you are of the opinion that your environment is asking for that type of behaviour.
Your preference colours are determined on the basis of a questionnaire. Your answers result in a personal profile that is all about you and that shows what your qualities and development points are.
One of the DISC trainers will then discuss your DISC profile with you, in a language of your choice. This meeting can take place during the day, in the evening or at the weekend. Once you have made an appointment with your trainer, you will be sent an invitation link for a video call.
This personal meeting with the DISC trainer provides ample opportunity to examine and tackle issues. This helps you work on realising the personal and professional growth you are aiming for.
After this 1-on-1 session, you follow a module in the digital learning environment that gives you more insight into the DISC colours. The module teaches you to more easily recognise behaviour in others and anticipate this behaviour.
During a second virtual session, you practice recognising and anticipating the behaviour of others. You learn what the do's and don'ts of communication are, how to increase your influence and how to deal with resistance and other challenging situations in a way that suits you. These virtual practice sessions focus on your daily practice and offers you inspiring and interactive exercises.
Your investment in this virtual training is € 685. This includes the DISC behaviour analysis, a personal meeting to discuss the results, e-learning and the video session.
