  • Which negotiation techniques are available and how do you use these successfully?
  • How can you listen more better and more actively at the negotiation table?

  • When do you make concessions and when not?
  • How do the various forms work, for example price negotiations?
  • How do you negotiate as a team?
  • When do you take a time out?
  • How do you conclude a negotiation successfully?

After the course

You are aware of how to convince your interlocutor of the advantages of your points of view and know how to take ownership of important decisions, always taking mutual interests into consideration. You learn to negotiate, amongst others through the following learning goals and means:

  • You have insight into the game of negotiating
  • You recognise signals and behaviour of your interlocutor
  • You recognise the negotiation method and means of the other person
  • You are able to conclude negotiations successfully
  • You will receive the main theories and techniques in writing
  • You will receive a checklist that helps you in preparing negotiations and during time outs.
